YASA Group ("YASA", "we", "our") takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we are
The data controller is YASA Group, with registered address at Santvoortbeeklaan 25/3, 2100 Antwerpen, Belgium. You can reach us at info@yasagroup.be or on +32 492 28 26 26.
What we collect
We only collect data that you actively give us through this website:
- Contact form: name, email, company (optional), the subject you select, and the content of your message.
- Technical logs: our hosting platform (Vercel) stores short-lived access logs including IP address, user agent and page URL for the purpose of running and protecting the website.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or analytics that profile individual visitors.
Why we use it
Contact form data is used exclusively to answer your enquiry and, if relevant, to continue a professional relationship with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, the pre-contractual steps you have requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are retained as long as is reasonably needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship — typically no longer than three years from the last meaningful interaction, after which they are deleted or fully anonymised.
Who can see it
Your data is handled by YASA staff on a need-to-know basis. We rely on the following processors, each bound by a data-processing agreement:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting of the website and API route that receives the form.
- Resend, Inc. — transactional email delivery for the contact form (when enabled).
We do not sell, rent or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:

- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Ask us to restrict or object to its processing.
- Receive a copy in a portable format.
- Lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).
